Providing & Fixing Suspended ceiling with 15 mm thick Fibrecrete ‘Prime’ Acoustic Tiles in size: 595 x 595mm weighing 6 kg/Sqm. in choice color. The tiles will be laid into the grid of size 600 x 600mm c/c of G.I. Powder coated T24 framework system using Main Tee, Cross Tee & Wall Angles suspended suitably by dash fasteners, GI wire & suspension clip, butterfly & MS cleats. Wall Angles is to be screw fixed on the wall after proper leveling. Support from the roof for the 12’ Main Tee is to be taken at every 1200mm length wise & 600mm width wise. 2’ Cross Tee is to be interlocked to the Main Tee. Fibrecrete Prime acoustic tile will backed with 50mm Effusio Wool of 1000 GSM. This shall comprise NRC of 0.80. The entire framework should be in perfect line & level.
